I loved the hotel, liked the devices in the lift so only guests and staff can access the pool :) the food as lovely.xxx

This hotel has been my home spot in London for 25 years. The location is superior for great shopping and local cuisine. Great tea in the PM! This is an older, but quaint hotel.

Some rooms are quite small, but ask for larger space if you need it...heads up on this as you check in.

I stayed at this hotel last month with my husband and found the location ideal for many shops and the underground. We were upgraded and the room we had was lovely and very spacious.

However this month my sister and I stayed here last week and although everything was ok we had a much smaller room which was fine but I was left feeling rather disappointed.
