another excellent visit, like the lift devices that mean only residents can access bedroom areas.
I disliked:

I loved everything about this hotel,can't wait to go back, staff were friendly and efficient, room excellent and so quiet, food was yummy, roll on end of August

I liked:
I stayed at this hotel last month with my husband and found the location ideal for many shops and the underground. We were upgraded and the room we had was lovely and very spacious.
I disliked:
However this month my sister and I stayed here last week and although everything was ok we had a much smaller room which was fine but I was left feeling rather disappointed.
